So stressed out, need advice to relax?

Hi there. So since I have been home from school I have found myself to be more stressed out and anxious. I normally have worries about my health and it gets to the point where I bring on physical problems from worrying so much! Like today, I had an MRI and Ultrasound and all last night I was panicking, woke up feeling nauseous and irritable. I thought that after the tests that I would feel better but my stomach is still in knots! I tend to worry about my Birth Control too seeing as within the last few months I have become more emotional and such. I kinda get nervous when I get to the end of my active pills regardless if I have had sex this month or not. I know this is all kind of silly, I am fully aware that I do this to myself and that I need to relax but Ive gotten to the point where I just simply cant! I had a therapist but now that I am home for the summer I cant see her. Does anyone else feel like this sometimes? I just need some tips on how to relax and learn to over come all this. I am so tired of feeling terrible all the time for small reasons! Any advice would be greatly appreciative! THANKS :]
