Causes of white hair in youngsters?

I'm a little less than 21. And I.ve been getting a few white hairs here n there. I can only notice it when I look closely in the mirror. I don use gel at all. I.ve been using herbal shampoo for years and my hair is used to it. And I'm eating quite ok. Is it because of stress? What other causes?
