Do you think i should buy a horse i don't know everything?

I think that as long as someone who knows what they're doing is taking care of the horse's needs and your mom is experienced, that it would probably be fine. If you and your mom were inexperienced and you planned on keeping a horse at home, then I think that would be a problem.
