Havent had period in over 5 months but today i got light brown discharge? is it coming soon?

I am not sexually active an have only had my period once. My diet isn't the best but its OK. Like I said I got it valentines day for the first time but haven't had it since :/ . I was really tired an irritable yesterday an now I got the light brown discharge. I usually have a lot of white sticky discharge but never light brown? Plz help very confused!!!!
