Ladies what would you think?

What would you think if you found out a guy still fits in kids clothes? Ok so im a small guy only 5'4" and 125 lbs and most mens smalls are too big for me and jeans are too long for me so i get boys size 16 28x28 pants and boys large shirts. What would you think if you saw the tag and it said boys size 16 or boys large?
