Is it smart for the US to kick out illegals considering that the IRS estimates that 75% are working with fake?

Um... How can you estimate how many false SS#s are out there? What would you do, take a survey? And if you have a false one, why would you bother to pay taxes? And if they can estimate it, why aren't they doing something about it, since it's still illegal? Sounds like a load of crap to me.
