Does this look ok to send to my HR department? There is a girl I'm tired of seeing wear tank tops.?

The dress code policy is beginning to veer away from the standards MTC has always demanded. The issue needs some attention, sooner than later, within call taking and receiving departments. I feel t-shirts, jeans, and/or shorts are acceptable, however, revealing tank tops are not meeting the standards.
