Women with IBS who have had children, which is more painful?

I am being serious, because I have irritable bowels and it is honestly the worst pain I have ever felt when it flares up. I can't imagine having cramps worse than that. I cry, scream, and starting taking off my clothes in shear panic when it gets bad. I have heard having a child or having a kidney stone are the two worst pains in life, but I am not sure that is true when it comes to IBS, can someone with experience in both areas please answer? Also, please include whether or not you had drugs/an epidural? Thanks so much!
