Serious Survey: How do youngsters in your country handle the situation when their car on the road gets hit by?

once this lady hit the back of my sisters car when i was like 6. All i remember is them having a huge argument for like an hour (well it felt like an hour) about whos fault it was. But i like your idea id rather shake hands then do what they done lol
