The sales person at a clothing store said jeans should be washed once per month?

um i don't think so....how expensive were these jeans? I usually pay from $60-$200 for my jeans and I wash them after every use, they are put in the washing machine with cold water and then air dried. I would rather be clean and hygienic and buy a bunch of pairs of jeans or be nasty and dirty to save 1 pair of jeans
