HELP!(ON PLUS SIZE GIRLS, CUTE SUMMER CLOTHES)?

Well, im not supper big, but i still where plus size clothes, (like 2x or size 20 in jeans) well, i really want to change this year style, and i need to find good stores to go to where i can be comfortable but still feel cute in the clothes. Ilive in california, (L.a.) AND I'M NOT REALLY GOOD WITH ONLINE SO PLEASE BE STORES I CAN GO TO, thankk!
